+ Are virtual visits online or by telephone?

Patients choose their preferred method of communication for the visit at the time of booking: Google Meet or phone call.

+ Do you accept insurance for My Midwife Sent Me consultations?

We do not currently accept insurance. Consultations are fee-for-service to be paid at the time of booking.

We have a sliding scale for this service:

Fees are $58/consultation.If there is a financial barrier the fee is $8 and your midwife wil lgive you a coupon code.

We accept payment with credit/debit card, HSA/FSA card.

All payments are securely processed electronically through Sqaure.

+ Do I have to be established with a Midwife for this consultation?

Yes. This TGW service offering is an intentional collaboration between you, your Midwife, and the TGW Nurse Practitioner.

The coupon code from your Midwife allows access for booking.

+ Do I have to fill out an intake form?

Yes. You will receive an intake form in the confirmation and reminder emails for your appointment.

It's a brief, electronic form. We ask that you please submit it PRIOR to your appointment.

+ What if there is an issue with my medication at the pharmacy?

We don’t often encounter issues with the pharmacy and if so, would generally be contacted directly by the pharmacist at 786-520-5071 for prescription clarifications.
