Foundational to patient-centered care is relationship. Building trust & rapport with you is important to us and allows for more seamless care for your clients.
How It Works
If your client has financial barriers and cannot afford the $58 consultation fee, you will have a personal coupon code to share with them.
✼ Patients will include this code when they schedule their visit with us.

✼ HIPAA-compliant fax
You are always welcome to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
✼ Lab results or a note about your client’s concern are totally welcome and sometimes neccessary, i.e. urine culture results, etc.
✼ We empower patients to be active participants in their health. If they are well-versed in the reason for the visit; they can communicate specifics to us.
✼ If there are ever any questions on our end about a referral, we will reach out to you as well.
✼ We offer communication back to you after our visit with your patient.
Sliding Scale Fees
✼ Others: $58/visit
✼ Patients with significant financial barriers: $10/visit
✼ Currently not accepting insurance. Payments are made with debit/credit or FSA/HSA card at the time of booking.
